Beal Properties took over property management upon an acquisition of a property in Ypsilanti in late December of 2019. The world we bought the property in (pre-COVID-19) was very different than the world we quickly found ourselves in. Stewart helped us prior to acquisition by walking the property and identifying ways that we could add value to the units in order to increase rents and rentability. He also responded quickly to my desire the lease units up faster as COVID-19 spread in the United States. Stewart is–an operator. His efficiency is incredible. Not a word is wasted as he tasks jobs out to subcontractors and he's identified subs that can execute quickly improving the experience for tenants and landlords alike.

I used to live in Monroe Michigan and my husband and I both have rented from Stewart Beal before and we had nothing but a beautiful experience with him and his company. We moved to Ohio in August of 2025 and made the horrific mistake of renting from KIT management. They don't do anything! When this rental nightmare is over in August of 2026, we are going right back to Stewart and his company, they value their tenants and actually do their jobs without arguments with tenants! If we could give Beal properties 10 stars we would!
