Beal Incorporated was founded in January, 2006 by Stewart W. Beal as a selective demolition company specializing in demolition in historic structures. The company has quickly grown to employ a staff of 30 permanent full time employees working throughout Southeastern and Central Michigan. Beal Inc. provides a wide variety of demolition and general construction services and has recently expanded to offer the following services:

The company began with 2 offices in Ann Arbor and Detroit. In 2007, Beal Inc. opened an office in Lansing, MI to better service its clients operating in the central part of the State. Also in 2007 Beal Inc. was organized into 4 divisions to better reflect the growing list of services being offered by the company.

Beal Inc. is affiliated with JC Beal Construction Inc. and the Beal Group and has experience in the demolition trade dating back to 1962. Combined, Beal Inc. and JC Beal Construction have performed over 1000 demolition projects to date.
